Very disappointed

Schmucks has always been our go to store. Now I can't bring myself to go. Veggies are almost half rotten, especially those packages in multi-packs to hide the rot. The rotisserie chicken was so small the leg was no bigger than my thumb. We cannot afford this kind of waste and now must try to find a store to feed us with what we can afford. It's sad my family must go hungry.

The Worst Customer Service

I have never felt less appreciated by a grocery store in my life. The employees and management of Lindenwood Schnuucks in St.

Charles, MO. have absolutely no consideration for their customers. One of the employees almost hit me with a shopping cart at a high rate of speed. He never even apologized.

Another employee yelled at me because I brought a shopping cart into the self check out lane at 7 AM on a Saturday. I told the manager and he told me that customers are allowed to bring carts into the self checkout lane area and he would talk to the employee. When I came back the store, there was a sign almost completely blocking the entrance to the self check out lanes that read, "No carts or more than 20 items." I could understand if it was a busier time of day. I called some other Schnucks stores in the area and spoke with the managers and they told me that I could use any of the open registers at 7 AM on a Saturday and that they were grateful for my business.

This proves that the employees are running the Lindenwood Schnucks and they do not care about the customers.

The manager supports his employees more than a customer like me, someone who spends his hard earned money in his store every week. I hope Schnuck's leadership sees this post and does something about the leadership at this store.

Preferred solution: I would like the Lindenwood St. Charles, MO. Schnucks to be more considerate of the needs of their customers.

Rude employee

On 04/01/23 at 11:15 am the girl working the service desk/self checkout was extremely rude and *** I wouldn't have done self checkout with more than 13 items if there were more registers open and the line wasn't 30 minutes long. She was rude that I came through self checkout with 8 extra items. And made it a point to tell me that. Also there was 1 other person in self checkout its not like self was busy like the cashier line

Not happywith things

The customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and caring and I really appreciate that. The only thing is that these things have happened so many times I just usually I just blow it off and so it makes me not really want to go shop there, but anyway thank you

I went to the store to buy a turkey and I compared with another store and the price in schnucks was 2.39x pound a and the another place 0.89. Huge difference I asked her to my money back and she said no bc they have ti throw away and they loss it umm so I have to keep it and pay 30 dollars vs 13.82 bc they dont care the customer they dont want to lose but I waste almost 20 dollars more. I asked her give another turkey maybe I can donate to some family and she said no. Bc is the same the store loss.

Around 6:39 am, one of your employees at the Schnucks in West End in Belleville, Illinois. She had the nerve to harass me (soon as I walk through the parking lot) through the store, and discriminate me. And I have asked one of the other employees if I can talk to the store manager about this manner. The manager had offered me any from the store. I rejected the offered because I felt uncomfortable completely. When I was about to leave the store, her and another employee had harassed me still. And the other employee had to defame my character by saying, "That woman is drunk and smokes!"

Flower delivery

I ordered flowers for delivery today and received them in red vase with cheap tacky gnome thing next to it. I was so disappointed because it should have been a gnome vase as shown.

Called 3 times, left messages, no one returned calls. Took can up to local schnucks and they took it back & traded me for one that had the date on it!

I took the can up to schnucks and they exchanged it for one that had the date on it and it was legible
