The cart collector pushed a bunch of carts into my car at Schnucks and damaged it. The claims woman Jan called me and denied everything before I could tell her what happened.

Jan is a Big Bully and has the tact of an Australian Dingo. Jan, You didn' even wait for me to tell you I had got it fixed already at no charge by family Autobody friends at no charge. I didn't even ask Schnucks to pay. Jan just screamed, we are not paying for it!

I spend about $8,000.00 a year at Schnucks, but from now on it will be Dierbergs.

Schnucks has a ton of complaints and I hope they go down the tube. That Complaint Dept is aiding the process of Schnucks Demise.
