Store fried chicken strips

Upset because time and time again the deli doesn't have chicken at 5:00 pm when they advertise selling chicken until 7:pm
User's recommendation: Go somewhere else if you want chicken from the deli after 4:30pm at schnucks in Urbana because 50% of the time there won't be any
Yes, a pissed customer. That's rude, too.

I purchased chopped fruit from Schnucks in Wildwood, Mo. Most of the time this is borderline fresh and it goes bad within 24 hrs.
Once my wife and I opened the fruit it had an expiration of 7/26 and today is 7/24/23.
I approached the CS area and a lady named Sheri was behind the counter. She did not greet me or say hello. I explained that the fruit was spoiled and I would prefer to get my money refunded. She said with a mean voice "where is your receipt".
I stated that we threw it away but here is your label on the lid. She said I need a receipt, then she said what is your rewards number? After what seemed like 10 minutes she said, I need your credit card. She said she refunded the amount but did not give me a receipt.
She threw my credit card at me on the counter and said you will see the refund.
I asked her for a receipt or a transaction and she said you didn't have a receipt so your not getting a receipt back.
What a rude person, no apology for selling a bad product and no customer service skills.
I will not go to this Schnucks moving forward. If you have mystery shoppers please shop Sheri and you will be delighted with her unprofessional customer service.
