I just went shopping at your Eureka store because my wife, who does all the shopping, is laid up. I was searching for French bread which I couldn't find. One of your employees came out from the "back". I asked him if he knew where the French bread was located. He said "I wouldn't know" and walked away - ever bothered to help or point me to someone who could. The next time I get stuck shopping it WON'T be at Schnuck's.

Bought black licorice for decades from schnucks .Now carry none! Many reds but not a single black. Now shop at dollar stores which have a good selection of black licorice . Told doesnt sell. Duh! When not on shelf self fulfilling! Driven to competitor by buyers at Schnucks! Pathetic!

No meat on turkey

Worst turkey I ever bought no meat. I have pics. 32.00 of crap. Called custermer service no answer. GARBBAGE TOTAL GARBAGE I HAVE PICS WILL SEND OUT IF NO ONE CALLS. RUINED MY THANKSGIVING.

Poor customer service

This happens all the time. Today I bought cookies then she couldn't sell them to me because they were expired. Last time I was there I bought strawberries and they were moldy. They need to check the food more often. The people were rude. I shouldn't have to go get a different one. Anywhere else they send someone for a replacement. I may not be back. It is a shame especially when the store is on my way home.

Rain checks

I was told that your store in Cahokia doesn't give out rain checks. I called your corporate office they said they will take care of it. Went back the next day to ask for a rain check the employee said they do not so ask for a manager named Ben. He came up and had to wait for about 10 minutes because they couldn't find any rain check form. But I was taken care of. My complaint still is all the other times I missed out on sale items. What about other customers. Thank you.

Bridgeton Schnucks is terrible. Went to customer service at 4:30 on 7-21 and was snapped at and told that they were closed. How is customer service closed that early? And there was a better was to speak to a customer than that.If I had a return or needed assistance... who would I ask. I also had a question about the lottery ... but the way I was treated... I didn't dare to ask.

Ive been shopping at that store for forty years and never had a problem till today when the gal in the self checkout was rude and so was the manager. Ive already moved my prescription to another location and will no be going to that store again and will be posting on social media about what happened and also about the crime that store had issues with!

I purchased aidell chicken meatballs November 5, 2021 and attempted to exchange at the West County location only to be told I could not return the item to the West County location I explained to the co-manager that I was only attempting to exchange the item due to an issue with the item being expired at the time of purchase. The co-manager explained that they have not taken items back for over a year after the seven day mark and went on to interrogate me as to where the item has been all this time.

I explained to the co-manager that I purchased the item in good faith November 5, 2021 and went home and put the item in my refrigerator until it was time to cook it.

When I went to cook the item I checked the expiration date and saw that the item had expired October 23, 2021, at that point I put it on my list of things to do to return to Schnucks when I was out shopping. The comanager was culturally insensitive and explained that I would need to take the item back to the Lindell location where I purchased it, I questioned tion him as to when that became Schnucks policy and asked why do I need to return it to another location and he explained the seven day rule, which upon reading Schnucks s policy I saw that they had a freshness guarantee on perishable items where they explain they will exchange or return the item, but the comanager did not choose to exercise The use of this policy, and instead rudely refused the exchange.

It is simple: DIRTY , NO PRODUCT ON SHELVES , UN-CARING EMPLOYEES This store at Cross Keys is a DUMP .I would rate this store even lower than Krogers Ruler Foods Stores .That is pretty low Terrible management and employees, I was raised in the meat and grocery business I know when I see a loser of a store , this used to be a real good store WHAT HAPPENED!

Manager Becky humiliated employee in front of cus

I walked into Schnucks on Vogel to pick up my prescription. The store was very busy, when I walked in the manager was yelling loudly at one of the employees.

I didn't listen to the conversation, not wanting to bring attention. When I left, I looked for the employee to advise him to file a harassment complaint. I did not find him, I got in my car called the store asked what the manager's name was, and proceeded to tell the person. I was going to file a complaint on the manager due to poor leadership.skills.

I myself am a manager and would never have done this to one of m employees! She needs a lesson in leadership skills.

I shop in Schnucks in Pekin Il a lot and I bought the Flatbread pizza Bruschetta-Style and I have to say it was terrible I like Flatbread pizzas and I like Bruschetts but this was real salty and the flavor was terrible I ended up throwing it out and I paid $7.39 not including tax. I do not know why it tasted like that. The exp dat is Apr 07 2023, the number on the bar code is 413184****. I will not buy another one of those. I'm sending this message to inform you about a very unpleasant experience I had recently at one of your stores.

I received a complimentary ticket from Missouri Lottery for a game promotion. I was in your Concord Village Store shopping, so I decided to have your Customer Service Clerk check the ticket to see if it was a winner.

This clerk, her name tag said "Jodie", was standing at the Customer Service desk, doing nothing, no one was there but her. I politely asked if she could check (scan) the ticket because if it was a winner ($5.00) she would be the one to cash it in. Jodie said in an angry, abrupt and patronizing way that I should check this ticket myself, pointing across the room at Lottery Machines that had several people waiting in line.

I politely mentioned that (If Necessary) I would have to come back to her desk any way to cash it.

She then raised her voice and in a dismissive way pointed at the machines and said "GO OVER THERE!"

I have been a longtime resident of this area, college educated, homeowner, my wife and I spend upwards of $300.00 a week at your store. My wife mentioned having problems with this Jodie when she is working on the registers in the past.

I have always had tickets checked by Customer Service in a pleasant, cheerful manner.

My local Dierbergs store has polite, friendly Customer Service Employees.

Jodie at Concord Village Schnucks needs more training.
